What We Handle
Our production team serves as your single point of contact, managing AV equipment sourcing and rentals, venue coordination, labor hiring, permit submittal, and day-of execution. We have deep experience with complex logistics across multiple formats and venue types, and we bring a seasoned network of production professionals to every project.
Labor Roles Explained
Technical Director (TD) oversees all technical systems and ensures design integrity. Production Manager (PM) handles scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination. A1 is the Front of House audio engineer mixing the show; A2 manages monitor mixes and wireless systems. V1 operates the main video/screens; V2 manages playback, cameras, and switcher. L1 is the Lighting Director designing and calling cues; L2 assists with programming and fixture focus. Crew Chief leads the load-in/load-out crew. Beatrox provides the right talent for every role.
Venue Coordination & Timeline Examples
Successful events depend on tight venue coordination. We create detailed production timelines — from load-in schedules and power distribution plans to security briefings and strike timelines. For a typical 500-person concert, we plan 8 hours of load-in, 2 hours of soundcheck, a 4-hour event window, and 4 hours of strike. For brand activations, we coordinate with venue managers on foot traffic, power drops, and permitting. Our timelines keep every vendor, artist, and venue aligned.
